Terms & Policies
RESERVATION POLICIES:
We require all first time facial appointments to schedule a consultation. This allows us the proper amount of time to address all skin concerns and recommend the correct home care and in-house services.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We ask for a 48-hour notice for all cancellations. Appointments cancelled within 48-hours of their scheduled time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the original service cost at the time of cancellation. If this charge is not paid at time of cancellation, we require payment in full to hold any future appointments before time of booking. Appointments can not be cancelled online, please call or email us!
Late Policy:
Estheticians have the right to reschedule your appointment if you are going to be late for half of the service time, or more. For longer appointment times, we may be able to shorten the service that day. We reserve the right to charge 50% of service for rescheduling.
MEDICAL CONCERNS:
Our intake form covers all questions for medical concerns but we may require a physician’s note clearing clients for certain services. This will be addressed at the first appointment. If you have any specific questions or concerns, we are happy to answer them prior to booking!
